Don´t be surprised if someday you find yourself crossing with some kids in the corridor while visiting BB’s headquarters. They are our new consultants. While creating a new product, we perform workshops and interviews with our target audience. So, this time we decided hear from kids, our future customers, what they want from their banks. The result of this approach is that an elderly, but cool bank, is now investing to develop metaverse solutions, especially in the Roblox. We are not aiming in short time profits, our aim is to grow with the futures generation, by creating a solid relationship since childhood. The game development received contributions from several consultants, such as employees’ children and nephews, in addition to a team of 25 kids in an immersive play design held in June.
