The remote future of voice banking is already here. We present EVO Assistant as a consolidated AI virtual assistant able to solve all queries and transactions of our customers. EVO Banco was pioneer launching the first voice banking in Spanish language available to final clients in the Spanish market in 2018. Now we have continued improving the integration and we present the next revolution, an artificial intelligence able to automatically manage the contact center and able to dialogue with you from any channel including your banking app like a human agent.
