Axis Bank unveils ARISE women’s savings account

26/01/2025News

Axis Bank, one of India’s largest private sector banks, has unveiled the ARISE Women’s Savings Account, a pioneering offering designed exclusively for women. This account not only addresses women’s financial needs but also incorporates essential healthcare benefits, marking a significant step toward financial inclusion.

Tailored financial solutions for women

The ARISE Women’s Savings Account offers a host of financial services tailored specifically for women. Account holders gain access to dedicated women financial experts, customized investment options with discounted recommendations, and waived maintenance charges for the first year of a Demat account. These solutions empower women to take charge of their financial futures with confidence and ease.

Healthcare benefits to prioritize women’s well-being

This savings account integrates healthcare benefits to support women’s holistic wellness. Customers can avail up to 70% discounts on women-specific diagnostic tests like Pap smears and mammograms, unlimited consultations with medical experts, and pharmacy discounts. By blending financial and healthcare services, Axis Bank ensures that women have access to resources that enhance their overall quality of life.

Lifestyle perks to enhance everyday convenience

To complement its financial and healthcare features, the ARISE Women’s Savings Account offers lifestyle perks such as complimentary Swiggy One membership, exclusive discounts on beauty and fashion products through Nykaa, and childcare benefits with FirstCry Club membership. Additionally, the ARISE Debit Card provides higher transaction limits, airport lounge access, and reward points to further enhance the banking experience.

Despite making up 36.4% of account holders, women contribute only 20.8% of total bank deposits in India, highlighting a gender gap in financial participation. Axis Bank’s ARISE initiative aims to bridge this gap by offering solutions that empower women financially and socially.
