BPI has introduced Quatru, an innovative digital platform designed to streamline the home buying, selling, and management experience. With over 220,000 properties available, Quatru offers a comprehensive suite of tools that guide users through every stage of homeownership—from property searches to credit analysis and document management.

Afonso Eça, Executive Director of BPI, describes Quatru as “a more complete value proposition than traditional property search portals. It’s a platform where users can find a home suited to their needs and budget, receive a preliminary credit evaluation, and manage all home-related matters conveniently after purchase.”

Key features of Quatru

1. Tailored property searches:
Quatru allows users to browse more than 220,000 properties, including exclusive options, matched to their financial profiles. The platform enables scheduling in-person visits or interactive virtual tours, ensuring a seamless property search experience.

2. Preliminary credit analysis:
Users can request a provisional analysis of BPI home loans, whether for new financing or refinancing, and directly submit credit proposals for property purchases through the platform.

3. Digital document management with “My Home”:
Quatru centralizes all home-related documents, including property papers, utility bills, and appliance warranties. Users can also access real-time market valuations for their properties.

4. Home products and services store:
The platform features a store offering furniture, appliances, and services like maintenance and decoration, all with exclusive deals for Quatru users.

Campaign launch

Quatru’s debut is accompanied by an ad campaign titled “Quatru: The Place We Call Home”. Created by Tux&Gill, the campaign spans television, digital platforms, radio, press, and BPI’s branch network.

Quatru’s holistic approach marks a significant step in enhancing homeownership and financial accessibility for Portuguese families.
