TBC Uzbekistan, a leading digital banking provider in Central Asia, has launched a waiting list for its upcoming service, TBC Business, set to become the country's first fully digital banking platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and individual entrepreneurs. This initiative marks the next phase in TBC's expansion, following its success as Uzbekistan’s first fully digital consumer bank.
The TBC Business platform is designed to simplify financial management for SMEs by providing a fast, paperless banking experience. With features like account setup in under three minutes, 24/7 payment services, and integrated team management tools, the platform promises a streamlined approach for business owners, eliminating the need to visit physical branches. Early users who join the waiting list will enjoy six months of free banking services and exclusive offers.
TBC Uzbekistan’s expansion into the SME sector reflects its broader goal of fostering economic growth through innovation. According to Nika Kurdiani, CEO of TBC Group in Uzbekistan, the company is committed to delivering modern, accessible digital banking solutions. “We are excited to develop this new product tailored to the needs of smaller businesses, which are often underserved,” he said.
Leveraging TBC Uzbekistan’s existing technological infrastructure, the new business banking service will complement the company's established consumer offerings, including TBC Bank Uzbekistan (a mobile-only bank) and Payme, a popular digital payments app. With a growing population of 37 million, Uzbekistan presents a strong market for TBC's continued expansion, particularly as demand for digital services increases among its youthful, tech-savvy population.
