AI at work: Turning AI potential into results

For many years, Qorus, an international association managed by banks and insurance companies, has established itself as a reference in innovation within financial services. The Qorus brand is closely associated with its annual awards programs, notably the Banking Innovation Awards, the Innovation in Insurance Awards, and the SME Banking Awards, which are highly regarded by professionals in the financial services industry. Qorus also supports banks and insurance companies in their digital transformation through in-person and online events showcasing the most innovative projects.

Today, with the rise of revolutionary yet costly technologies such as Generative AI, it has become essential to not only understand and master these technologies but also to implement straightforward and effective innovation programs that get straight to the point. Aware of this need, Qorus has launched training programs to support financial services professionals in driving innovation and transforming their businesses. The association has developed two Booster programs led by experienced experts.

The first is called Boost Innovation. Designed to assess, set a direction, and achieve initial results, this fast-track program offers a structured approach to fostering innovation and enhancing the innovation culture within organizations through an experiential learning platform supported by coaches. This approach is intended to be accessible, affordable, effective, and pragmatic.

The second program is Boost Artificial Intelligence, which consists of three distinct modules that can be taken individually or combined. The first module is a one-hour briefing titled Leveraging Generative AI in the Banking Sector. It is primarily aimed at C-level banking executives and senior-level executives. The second module is a three-hour briefing titled Generative AI: Customer Care, Analytics, and Campaign Management. It is designed for marketing managers, customer care officers, and technology and innovation leaders in the banking sector. Finally, the third module is a two-day course-workshop spread over four days. It is mainly intended for mid to senior-level managers, customer experience professionals, marketing managers, and technology leaders in the banking sector and is titled Generative AI in Banking: Security, Customer Experience, and Analytics.
