YES BANK unveils YES Grandeur: A premier banking experience for India's emerging affluent

31/05/2024 News

YES BANK has launched YES Grandeur, an exclusive banking program designed to cater to the financial and lifestyle needs of India's rapidly growing Emerging Affluent segment. This demographic, expected to grow 2.3 times over the next decade according to the BCG CCI Proprietary Income Model, is reshaping consumer banking with its rising disposable income and sophisticated spending habits. With the Indian middle class projected to nearly double by 2046-47, as reported by PRICE, this growth is set to drive future consumption trends.

YES Grandeur targets this evolving market by offering personalized services that align with the lifestyle of the affluent. To qualify, customers must maintain an Average Monthly Balance (AMB) of ₹5 lakh or a Net Relationship Value (NRV) of ₹20 lakh, with additional consideration for loan relationships. The program is designed to enhance the banking experience for this discerning customer base.

Key features of YES Grandeur include:

• Banking Benefits: Customers receive premium services such as dedicated relationship managers, preferential rates on banking services, waived charges, discounted locker facilities, and a special 3-in-1 account that integrates a Demat Account, Trading Account, and Savings Account.

• Travel Benefits: The YES Grandeur Debit Card offers zero cross-currency markup charges on international transactions, along with complimentary access to airport lounges and other travel-related perks.

• Lifestyle Privileges: Members enjoy exclusive milestone-led lifestyle benefits with partners like Taj, ITC Hotels, Disney+ Hotstar, and Amazon. The program also offers 5x YES Rewardz on weekend spending and special deals on movies, dining, shopping, and bill payments.

YES Grandeur is designed to not just meet but exceed the expectations of its members, delivering a comprehensive and rewarding banking experience.

Commenting on the launch, Rajan Pental, Executive Director at YES BANK, emphasized the bank’s commitment to offering exceptional banking experiences and exclusive privileges to its clients. He highlighted YES Grandeur as a new benchmark in personalized banking, tailored to the evolving needs of elite and emerging affluent households.

In addition to YES Grandeur, YES BANK offers advanced digital solutions, including the mobile banking app iris by YES BANK, which features over 100 services for seamless banking, and YES Pay Next, a comprehensive payments app. These tools, alongside AI-enabled personal banking chat assistance and a robust Net Banking facility, further elevate the banking experience for YES BANK customers.
