With the integration of Revolut Pay, customers can book flights without manually entering payment details. By selecting Revolut Pay at checkout, users can complete transactions in seconds using biometric authentication or a secure access code via the Revolut app.

Earn rewards and exclusive bonuses with Revolut Pay

As part of the partnership, new Revolut users will be eligible for a bonus of up to €25 after signing up and making their first €5 purchase with Revolut. Additionally, customers using Revolut Pay can earn RevPoints—Revolut’s loyalty rewards program—which can be redeemed for purchases or flights with Wizz Air. Until April 4, 2025, travelers who pay for Wizz Air flights with Revolut Pay will earn 10 times more RevPoints, subject to terms and conditions.

Wizz Air has progressively expanded its payment options, including accepting Revolut cards for onboard purchases. The airline, founded in 2003, operates nearly 800 routes across Europe and beyond.

Expanding payment options for millions of users

Revolut Business, the company’s payment acceptance platform, has seen significant adoption, with over 1 million customers making transactions and more than 25,000 merchants integrating Revolut Pay in 2024. The expansion follows the introduction of Revolut Terminal, a payment solution that incorporates Revolut Pay.

Alex Codina, General Manager of Acquiring at Revolut, highlighted the collaboration’s role in simplifying travel payments. “Partnering with trusted and innovative brands like Wizz Air allows us to shape the future of payments in this industry,” he said.

Ian Malin, Chief Financial Officer of Wizz Air, emphasized the customer benefits. “With Revolut, our passengers not only get access to Wizz Air’s best offers but also accumulate rewards for future travel and other purchases,” he stated. “This partnership provides our 62 million passengers with innovative payment solutions and lower fares.”
