A new shopping experience in Turkey: checkout-free payment by BKM Express

Turkey's first digital wallet with highest penetration in the market, BKM Express has launched a new technology that enables customers to scan and pay for their items without checkout lines, or cashiers. 

This technology will totally reshape the shopping experience as we know today. BKM Express introduced checkout-free payment technology in cooperation with D&R music & book store in a special showroom located at Kanyon Shopping Mall.

Here is how the checkout-free payment works:

 - Users first scan the barcodes of the items they wish to purchase by using special POS device   
 - After confirming payment amount, QR code becomes visible on POS screen
 - Then users scan the QR code by using BKM Express app on mobile phone
 - The shopping experience is complete after users get notification about their payment.
