Amazon has entered the automotive market with the launch of Amazon Autos, allowing customers to shop, finance, and schedule pick-up for new Hyundai vehicles—all from the comfort of their home. Currently available in 48 U.S. cities, this innovative service simplifies car buying by integrating it into the familiar Amazon shopping experience.

Transparent, hassle-free pricing and trade-ins

Shoppers can browse Hyundai’s offerings by model, trim, color, and features, with transparent, haggle-free pricing that eliminates the stress of negotiations. The platform also enables trade-ins with instant valuations, allowing customers to apply the value directly toward their new purchase. Financing options are seamlessly integrated, and all paperwork is handled digitally.

Streamlined convenience for buyers and dealers

Amazon Autos ensures a hassle-free experience with its fully online process, from browsing to checkout. Once the purchase is complete, customers can schedule a pick-up at their local Hyundai dealership. Dealers benefit from this platform as well, gaining access to millions of Amazon users while focusing on delivering an exceptional pick-up experience.

“At Amazon, we’re redefining car shopping to be more transparent and convenient,” said Fan Jin, Global Head of Amazon Autos. “By partnering with Hyundai as our exclusive launch brand, we’re bringing the simplicity and ease customers expect from Amazon to one of their largest purchases.”

Amazon plans to expand the platform next year, adding more automotive brands, leasing options, and additional U.S. cities. With streamlined car buying, trade-in solutions, and financing options, Amazon Autos modernizes the car-buying journey, giving customers a trusted and seamless way to purchase their next vehicle.
