The upgraded Premier account delivers an enhanced customer experience with 24/7 support via chat or phone and personalized relationship management. New customers enjoy tailored welcome calls, and Premier debit and credit cards are now presented in bespoke carriers, ensuring a premium experience from the start.

Comprehensive travel and lifestyle benefits

Premier continues to offer free worldwide travel insurance for families, now with added benefits such as preferential foreign exchange rates and exclusive discounts through brand partnerships. Future additions include health benefits to support holistic well-being.

For frequent travelers, the HSBC Premier World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card offers extensive perks, including airmiles redeemable across 11 airlines, airport lounge access, and fast-track airport security.

HSBC UK has launched Future Planner, a digital tool within its mobile banking app that helps customers set financial goals, such as saving for retirement or purchasing a home. The app provides actionable recommendations and connects users to expert relationship managers for personalized guidance.
