The platform is hosted on a cloud-based infrastructure in France, ensuring secure data handling and access to leading-edge generative AI models. This approach reflects AG2R LA MONDIALE's priority on data security and compliance within its AI-driven initiatives.

Almia is being rolled out gradually to employees across the group, offering support in four key areas:

• “BOT by Almia”: This secure assistant gives users access to enterprise-specific prompts and top-tier marketplace tools for enhanced document handling.

• IT and Actuarial Support: Almia assists in software development and actuarial functions, optimizing workflow efficiency.

• Custom Generative AI Applications: From analyzing customer satisfaction surveys to generating marketing content, Almia delivers tailored solutions.

• Process Optimization: Integrating AI to enhance business operations such as claims management, commercial proposals, and customer call analysis.

“Today, artificial intelligence presents a significant opportunity for our employees, enabling greater efficiency and improving customer experience," said Pascal Martinez, AG2R LA MONDIALE’s Group Executive Committee member overseeing IT and digital initiatives. "We are proud to have developed Almia, a private, secure GenAI tool that aligns with our broader AI strategy initiated in 2023. This innovation underscores our ability to swiftly adapt in a changing environment while safeguarding our data and that of our clients."
