Prudential Financial, a global leader in financial services, has teamed up with 123Seguro, a prominent digital insurance platform in Latin America. This new partnership, set to begin in 2024, focuses on distributing innovative insurance products, such as accident & health and life insurance, to customers in Brazil and Mexico. By leveraging 123Seguro's robust digital platform, the partnership will deliver seamless and accessible insurance services across the region.

Digital insurance solutions for a growing Latin American market

With less than 20% of the population in Brazil and Mexico having life insurance, Prudential and 123Seguro aim to close the gap by offering easy-to-access insurance products. Customers will enjoy a streamlined experience, from purchase to claims processing, through a platform designed to be user-friendly and efficient. The partnership is expected to drive increased financial security for millions while enhancing customer loyalty and ROI for distribution partners.

Expanding reach across Latin America's financial and retail sectors

This collaboration is a strategic component of both companies' growth plans, targeting sectors such as banks, fintechs, retailers, and the gig economy. There are plans to extend these offerings to other key Latin American markets in the near future, bringing Prudential’s strength and expertise in insurance to a broader audience.

Prudential and 123Seguro: A strong alliance for the future

According to Martín Ferrari, CEO of 123Seguro, the partnership with Prudential will enable the company to offer high-quality, accessible insurance products to more customers, complementing their existing portfolio and supporting their business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) strategy across the region.
