Arab Bank launches flight booking service on Arabi Mobile

Arab Bank has introduced a new digital flight booking service on its "Arabi Mobile" app, in collaboration with Royal Jordanian. This convenient service allows users to instantly book flights to and from any destination through the bank’s mobile platform, enhancing the travel experience for customers.

As part of its commitment to providing cutting-edge digital banking services, Arab Bank now enables customers to search for flights, book tickets, and securely complete their transactions—all within the "Arabi Mobile" app. Travelers also enjoy a 5% discount on Royal Jordanian tickets when booking through the app, along with flexible payment options using their Arab Bank accounts or credit cards.

Yacoub Matouk, Head of Consumer Banking at Arab Bank - Jordan, emphasized the bank’s dedication to adopting the latest technologies to meet evolving customer needs. This new collaboration with Royal Jordanian offers users a seamless and convenient way to plan trips, making travel more accessible.

Karim Makhlouf, Chief Commercial Officer of Royal Jordanian, highlighted the importance of this partnership in delivering an optimized booking experience. He also stressed the role this initiative plays in the airline's ongoing efforts toward digitalization, ensuring customers have a secure and user-friendly option for booking flights.

In addition to flight booking, the "Arabi Mobile" app offers a variety of digital banking services, allowing customers to conduct transactions at any time.
