Sun Life U.S. has launched Clinical 360+, a new stop-loss program designed to provide members with personalized resources, tools, and access to essential health services. Expanding on the company's original Clinical 360 program, this new initiative aims to improve early care intervention and simplify the healthcare process for self-insured employers and their employees.

Jennifer Collier, President of Health and Risk Solutions at Sun Life U.S., highlighted the program's comprehensive approach, stating, "Our Clinical 360+ program empowers members by connecting them to essential care resources, helping them take control of their health. In a time of high healthcare costs and limited access, this solution provides a streamlined path to better health outcomes."

Clinical 360+ leverages data from Sun Life’s annual High-Cost Claims and Injectable Trends Analysis to create a user-friendly app that integrates various care services. Key features include:

A specialty and infusion drug program offering convenient medication access, including at-home delivery.

At-home kidney and heart care management for chronic conditions such as end-stage kidney disease or congestive heart failure.

Virtual musculoskeletal care for those dealing with conditions like back pain.

Sun Life Health Navigator, which guides members in accessing the right care.

The Sun Life Health 360 app, which connects all Clinical 360+ services and offers mental health resources, fitness challenges, and physician-reviewed health content.

Designed for small-to-mid-sized self-insured employers, Clinical 360+ provides valuable support for companies managing their own health plans. Sun Life, the largest independent stop-loss provider in the U.S., helps employers manage high-cost claims, which is crucial in a market where 65% of covered employees are enrolled in self-funded plans.
