Qonto, a top European financial management platform for SMEs and freelancers, has introduced a new tool designed to streamline the business creation process for accountants. This new interface enhances Qonto’s ecosystem by providing a centralized platform that simplifies collaboration between accountants and their clients.

With this tool, accountants and their legal teams can manage the entire process of creating a business for their clients in just 20 minutes. It consolidates various tasks, such as capital deposits and document submissions, into a single shared interface, replacing the need for multiple tools and improving real-time tracking.

Key features include automating the generation of draft bylaws, initiating capital deposits, and sending required documents to the local registry via a single window system. Clients benefit from a fully online business account that includes management and invoicing tools, which comply with upcoming electronic invoicing regulations.

According to Qonto's 2023 Barometer for SMEs, 70% of French business leaders want to start their own companies, but administrative hurdles remain a significant barrier. This tool addresses that need, allowing accountants to focus more on providing valuable client support.

Philippine Rougevin-Baville, Qonto’s Managing Director for France, highlighted the essential role accountants play in business creation. She noted that this new feature is part of Qonto's ongoing efforts to simplify accountants' work, enabling them to concentrate on advising their clients.

Qonto’s latest tool further solidifies its position as a key platform for financial and administrative management, making business creation faster and easier for accountants and their clients.
