Indosuez Wealth Management has announced the expansion of its digital platform, "StartUp Connections," to clients in Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, and Switzerland. Following its success in France, the platform now offers a simplified gateway to an international network of startups for these new regions.
Developed by Indosuez's Innovation Lab, "StartUp Connections" is accessible both online and via mobile. The platform lists over 100 international startups seeking funding or business relationships. It caters to Indosuez clients who are interested in entrepreneurship and wish to invest directly alongside startup founders. After registering, clients can search for startups based on various criteria such as industry sector, maturity, and environmental impact, and request to be connected with them.
Since its launch in France six years ago, "StartUp Connections" has facilitated over 250 connections, leading to investments exceeding €11 million in startups that align with clients' interests. These investments have predominantly been in sectors like health, environment, energy transition, and sustainable finance.
The platform leverages the 44 Villages by CA*, Crédit Agricole Group’s international network of startup accelerators, to foster connections between business angels, investors, and entrepreneurs.
Benoît Bourdin, Head of Innovation Markets at Indosuez Wealth Management, stated: “At Indosuez, we support entrepreneurship and innovation. StartUp Connections aims to create a virtuous circle for both our investor clients and the founders of startups in our ecosystem. This platform also enhances the overall experience for these clients and investors.”
