What led to the creation of LoyJoy?
In 2018, Dr. Ulrich Wolfgang and I founded LoyJoy with a clear mission: to empower businesses to connect with customers one-on-one through convenient and simple conversations. From the very beginning, LoyJoy set out to be a different kind of chatbot platform – one that put the customer and their digital experience first.
We focused on creating a beautiful and feature-rich chat user interface that would enable customers to complete entire digital processes end to end, without the need to switch between applications. With the advent of generative AI, LoyJoy's vision of delivering the best possible customer experience received a significant boost.
Our extensive experience working with enterprises allowed us to identify the need for a user-friendly, no-code platform that would enable businesses of all sizes to create intelligent chatbots without requiring programming skills. By combining advanced AI technologies with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface and pre-built templates, LoyJoy aimed to democratize chatbots and make them accessible to everyone.
