Krungsri is rolling out the "Term Palang Kuen Roi" SME Loan to assist Thai SMEs, particularly small individually-owned businesses, in obtaining investment funds or working capital. Under this new scheme, borrowers can access loans of up to 200% of the collateral value, with a maximum 10-year repayment period. Additionally, borrowers will have their loan protection insurance premiums waived throughout the loan term.
Duangkamol Limpuangthip, Head of SME Banking Group at Krungsri, stressed the importance of tailored financial solutions for different customer segments. The "Term Palang Kuen Roi" SME Loan is designed to support these small SMEs, offering loans of up to twice the collateral value, providing greater flexibility for long-term business growth.
The "Term Palang Kuen Roi" SME Loan extends loans ranging from 300,000 to 10 million baht and eases the repayment burden with a maximum interest charge of MRR + 3.0%. Borrowers can use deposits and various assets as collateral. The Thai Credit Guarantee Corporation (TCG) offers credit guarantees, and borrowers are exempt from loan protection insurance premiums.
Applications for the "Term Palang Kuen Roi" SME Loan are open, and Krungsri aims to lend 1,000 million baht under this scheme.
