Generali Group operates in more than 50 countries and, at the end of 2021, presented its latest strategic plan, ‘Lifetime Partner 24: Driving Growth’, valid for the three-year period 2022–2024.  Customers will continue to be at the heart of the development strategy which aims at delivering personalized advice and best-in-class customer experience. Generali will boost data-driven innovation across the Group, increasing customer value and achieving additional operating efficiency by scaling automation and technology and implementing the Lifetime Partner advisory model.
