Turkish insurance company Anadolu Sigorta presents Sağlığım Cepte, a brand-new mobile application focusing on wellness and health insurance.


Anadolu Sigorta continuously strives to improve their digital channels by taking into account their customers’ insurance needs and demands. In this context, they recently developed a new mobile application, Sağlığım Cepte, with wellness and health insurance at its core.

The new app aims to provide an interactive experience, with its unique features being its differentiated content and enriched user-friendly design. It is compatible with iOS and Android phones, and allows users to easily access services through a single screen, from policy tracking to claims information and in-app assistance to find the nearest health center.

Since the app provides access to health and personal customer data, Anadolu Sigorta has made sure to take extra security precautions in registration and login procedures. To log in, users must enter their ID and phone number, which is verified by the Consumer Reporting Agency. With this verified information, customers can take advantage of all of the app’s functions. If the customer is not verified, they can request the verification of their phone number by taking a photo of their ID card and a signed declaration. The app is free to download (note update charges may be incurred depending on your mobile data plan) and supports a whole host of functions. First of all, verified users can access individual and group health policy information and documents for themselves and their families, as well as their membership card, reducing the need to carry around paperwork.

Users can also see the remaining period of their policy, their coverage list and details, limit information, payment information, details of their expenditure, and can send all of these details via e-mail. Moreover, users are able to instantaneously monitor the provision status for their transactions in hospitals and pharmacies, all on one screen.

The "My Health History" section of the app groups together users’ medical documents. They can choose to list them in chronological order, filter them by document type and source, and manually add health-related documents. Users also have access to all registered documents such as examination results, laboratory results, doctor observation reports, and continuous drug use reports.

Sağlığım Cepte is an invaluable app to have in a health emergency since it gives users directions to the nearest hospital, pharmacy, medical centers and laboratories, displaying on a map which ones fall within the scope of the user’s policy. In addition, customers can take advantage of the free VIP service called MediLab. With health consultants working 24/7 for MediLab, users can benefit from a one-touch access to the call center, where they can create requests and complaints and track them instantly.

Furthermore, the app can grant access to Marketing & Communication permits and the Health Explicit Consent Form. This feature was added to make lives easier for both customers and intermediaries.
