To support our mission, we are looking for a motivated person to develop our member base as Business Developer.

 

Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, you will be working closely with the Director of International Development and Regional Directors. your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve goals and sales objectives
- Work with each Regional Director on client acquisition and reactivation: securing new business and finding ways to reactivate dormant or lapsed clients
- Work closely with the marketing and the digital teams to establish lead generation opportunities
- Being able to sell the Qorus value proposition to potential clients in all geographies
- Build a comprehensive network within the industry

 

Requirements
• Fluent English a must as you will be working with an international team and clients across the world. Other languages would be a plus.
• Degree in commercial management or equivalent with at least 10 years of professional experience in an international environment.
• Proven sales track record experience with developing new customers
• Considerable travel flexibility to meet with Regional Directors and potential clients
• Excellent knowledge of retail financial services
• Strong C-Level Relationship Management in the Banking and Insurance services sector
• Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of a client’s business, identifying challenges and opportunities as well as how to position solutions to address those needs.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to influence, persuade and to capture an audience with ease on senior level
• Dedication to highest quality standards and willingness to speak up and challenge

 

Practical information
- Fix remuneration + variable to be agreed depending on performance
- Position available 1st January 2025
- Preferably based in France
